Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the confirmed date and time can usually be accommodated, subject to availability, at no additional charge.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of any advance paid, minus costs already committed to perishable items such as flowers and cakes.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience may not be eligible for a refund, as décor, cakes and flowers are typically prepared or sourced in advance.

Fully customized items — such as signature cakes and bespoke floral designs — are non-refundable once production has begun.
